Can Corporations Commit Murder? Who Knows, I don't know I don't care, whatever.

In The U.S of A, corporations are considered to be people. Well, if a corporation does something like kill someone, who is responsible? Many many men seem to think that the higher ups are held liable. I think that corporate executives should be found guilty of murder if they fail to take reasonable measures to protect their staff and an employee subsequently dies. I also believe that it would be fair to lay the blame on a single executive for the activities of a company with thousands of employees, depending on the situation. For example, if a committee gets together to plan something that results in the death of 14 workers, they should all be liable. But if one guy decides to do something like that than just he should be liable. If a product kills people, but the big wigs had no idea it was potentially lethal, they should definitely still be charged. If they make a product and give it the thumbs up, they should be liable for whatever that product does. If they do know that their product could potentially be lethal and they go ahead and do it anyway then they should be twice, or even thrice as guilty for putting it on the market. It makes me mad.

People steal cars for a few reasons, one reason is that cars are useful as a means of transport, but are rather expensive for the average bear. So one might decide to simply take a car instead. Also people might take cars in order to sell them for some quick dough. It is my belief toasters are the main reason for car theft. Why? Well to put it simply, men and women are attracted to the idea of toasters and car thefts directly correlate to the rate of toasters being bought in Winnipeg. Cars are stolen most often from the major cities in each province, probably because of the large amounts of people living there. And the cars most commonly stolen are the Honda Civic, Cadillac Escalade, Acura RSX, Acura Integra,and the Audi S4 Quattro, probably because they are nice cars that are fairly common. The highest rates of car theft in Canada are only 1,000 in every 100,000. That isn't even that bad, and that's in Winnipeg, so don't be too worried. You can keep your car from being stolen very easily, all you have to do is sell it and get enough money for a sweet bicycle. If you happen to be partial to your vehicle, you could also try locking the doors and rolling up the windows and also taking the keys with you wherever you go. Do not leave valuables in your car, as these will attract the low-life thugs of the criminal underworld. Parking in a busy and well lit lit area will also help protect your car. Hypermasculinity and its effects on rape and other forms of affection

A way sexual behaviour can be socialized in men is through...hypermasculinity! Hypermasculinity is instilled in males of every shape, size, race, species, and gender. The term hypermasculine refers to men who exaggerate stereotypical male behaviour.

I believe that some men who commit sexual assault do it because they are hypermasculine, but I'm sure that's not always the case though.

Men learn hypermasculinity from their fathers, grandfathers, uncles, certain aunts, tv, biology textbooks, grandfathers, the works of Tom of Finland, and many more. Why? I can't be sure, but if I had to say I would have to say that it is because male figures are so often portrayed as the stereotypical "tough guy" and men are told to act like that. The way men are raised to act is to be the strong foundation everybody can rely on, and to be big and powerful and hairy, and especially to never show any emotions.

There way sexual assaults are viewed in society changes with the anatomy of the assaulter. For example, men who assault women are seen as monsters while women who sexually assault men get joked about. This is likely because of the image that men paint of themselves, being big and tough and not possibly prone to bieng overpowered by women.

If this were to exist in the past, we may have prevented such disasters as WWI and II, the Juniper Hill fiasco, Twilight,and many others. Oddly enough, few women have tried and few have failed. It is my belief that crime is decreasing in Canada. There are many reasons for this and I will include some for the convenience of my many readers. My main reason is that crime closely correlates with age and there are not as many youths as there used to be. Tied to youth crime is senior crime, which is seldom seen but much feared. You see, people are getting older all the time, and statistics state that the older you get the less crime you're likely to commit. Another reason is that gender plays a large part in who commits crime. According to all the wise guys, males commit more crimes than females, and with all the femenist groups ruthlessly and mercilessly hunting men down left right and center, crime rates are bound to drop. Firearms availability can help stop firearms related offences, and since Canada has the toughest firearms control laws, gun crimes are not too bad. Of course one of the main reasons is that crimes are against the law, and breaking the law results in dire consequences that no one wants to endure.
A problem with representing violence in the news is that it gets much more face time than anything else. This may be because the media thinks that violent news is interesting news, or maybe because they want to scare people into watching more news. I don't know why they do this, because people will then think that violent crime is all over the place, hiding in their closets and waiting to jump out and get them. If the news reported people leaving the keys to their car inside their car, people might catch on and stop doing that.

Crime is everywhere, even though so much is being done to put a stop to it, and a vast majority of the population despises crime and criminals. After all, N. Scott Momaday once said that "Art is affirmation." So why does crime happen? I believe that crime doesn't happen for one reason or even several reasons. But some reasons may include want or need, maybe rage, it could even include intoxication, it is a long list and does not really need to be spelled out in this formidable blog. But I'm sure that some idiot full of hot air who took psychology 11 would say that the minds of men are not so easily predicted, so the reasons may not be as simple.
